1. Booking Agreement & Confirmation

By requesting a quote, confirming a journey, or boarding a vehicle dispatched by Cabs From Mysore, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

A booking is officially confirmed once our dispatch desk validates your route details, travel date, pickup time, and sends a formal confirmation along with the vehicle category via WhatsApp or SMS. In select peak periods or outstation/group bookings, an advance token payment may be requested to secure vehicle allocation.

2. Vehicle Allocation & Seating Capacity

We maintain a diversified, privately managed commercial fleet:

• AC Sedan (Dzire / Etios): Maximum 4 passengers + 1 driver. Designed for standard local, airport, and outstation touring.
• SUV / Ertiga / Bolero: Maximum 6 passengers + 1 driver.
• Toyota Innova: Maximum 6 to 7 passengers + 1 driver.
• Innova Crysta: Maximum 6 to 7 passengers + 1 driver (Premium dual-AC comfort).
• Tempo Traveller: 12 to 14 passengers + 1 driver (High-roof pushback seating).
• Force Urbania: 17 passengers + 1 driver (Luxury air-suspension travel).

3. Fare Structure, Inclusions & Exclusions

Our pricing philosophy is built on complete transparency with zero hidden charges:

• Kilometer Calculation: Outstation journeys are billed based on garage-to-garage round-trip distance with a standard minimum 250 km or 300 km daily running allowance (as confirmed during booking).
• Air Conditioning (AC): AC is fully operational on highway runs. While climbing steep hill routes (such as Ooty Ghats or select Coorg hairpin bends), the driver may temporarily turn off the AC to prevent engine overheating and maintain optimal vehicle safety.
• Driver Beta / Night Allowance: Driver allowance is included in standard outstation package quotes. An additional night driver allowance (₹250 to ₹350 depending on vehicle class) applies when driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Tolls, Parking & State Permits: Actual toll booth fees, monument/airport parking tickets, and inter-state border permits (e.g. Karnataka to Tamil Nadu / Kerala / Andhra Pradesh) are to be paid directly by the passenger at the actual checkpoints, or can be bundled into a pre-agreed all-inclusive package.

4. Punctuality, Pickup & Waiting Policy

We prioritize prompt on-time arrivals. Drivers are instructed to reach your designated pickup location 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

For Bangalore Airport (BLR) and Mysore Airport (MYQ) pickups, we provide complimentary grace waiting periods to accommodate flight delays. For general city pickups, an initial 20-minute waiting period is complimentary; extended delays beyond this may incur hourly waiting charges.

5. Luggage & Safety Guidelines

• Luggage must fit safely inside the vehicle boot/trunk or rooftop carrier (where equipped). Passenger cabin seating areas must not be obstructed.
• Wearing seatbelts is mandatory for all occupants in accordance with Indian Motor Vehicle regulations.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of contraband/hazardous materials inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.
• Drivers reserve the right to decline travel on dangerous or unpaved off-road tracks not suited for commercial taxi vehicles.

6. Vehicle Breakdowns & Contingency Replacement

While our fleet undergoes regular preventative maintenance and mechanical inspections, unexpected technical breakdowns or road blockages can occasionally happen. In such rare situations, Cabs From Mysore will make immediate arrangements for an equivalent replacement vehicle or provide alternate transport support to ensure your journey continues with minimal disruption.

7. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or grievances arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mysuru (Mysore), Karnataka, India.
